This summer, The Spot invites the amazing duo Beatrice & Alberto to Belgium for the first time. They tour around the world with their UNIQUE CONCEPT called AcroModernLAB.

From their experiences with the world’s most famous companies and shows such as CIRQUE DU SOLEIL and the musical NOTRE DAMES DE PARIS, they’ve created this INTENSIVE WORKSHOP with many different elements and techniques from MODERN-CONTEMPARY DANCE and FLOOR ACROBATICS.

This workshops is for DANCERS, ACROBATS and all kinds of MOVEMENT PERFORMERS and ATHLETES willing to enlarge their physical horizons.

Minimum age: 14.

1. Warm up (rhythm, brain and body awakening, stretching)
2. Floor Acrobatics techniques and Dance Movement research
3. Acro Modern Choreography (different concepts put together)
